Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate activities of construction workers and subcontractors on-site
Ensure work is completed on time and to quality standards
Assign tasks and provide direction to workers
Monitor inventory and request supplies as needed
Train or mentor new workers
Required Qualifications
Ability to supervise and coordinate construction activities
Knowledge of safety regulations and company policies
Ability to interpret blueprints and project plans
Strong communication skills
