Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership to create a positive culture
Manage daily operations focusing on staffing, sales growth, and guest experience
Ensure compliance with brand standards and training requirements
Develop action plans to enhance profitability and sales
Maintain staffing levels and conduct performance reviews
Build community relationships to increase sales
Required Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
Open availability and ability to work 5 days and 48 hours per week
Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report
Leadership qualities and organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Some college education
Restaurant management experience
