Key Responsibilities

  • Leading public and political outreach in your state and district
  • Meeting with members of Congress/Government
  • Representing The Borgen Project at events
  • Assisting with fundraising and creating personal campaigns
  • Mobilizing individuals to support poverty-reduction legislation
  • Speaking to groups and organizations
  • Writing letters of support to political leaders and media

Required Qualifications

  • Passion for fighting poverty
  • Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in U.S., Canadian, and U.K. foreign policy
