Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a group of teachers
Ensure effective site operations and maintain standards
Partner with parents for quality care and education
Cultivate positive relationships with various stakeholders
Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts
Required Qualifications
At least one year of teaching experience
Ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
Love for children and a desire to make a difference
Ability to build relationships with families and staff
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple situations effectively
Meet state specific guidelines for the role
Physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
Basic computer proficiency
Read, write, understand, and speak English
