Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Social Worker where you'll provide essential clinical support to adults with serious mental illness. Collaborate with a dedicated team to empower residents towards achieving their personal recovery goals in a culturally competent and compassionate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of residents and provide necessary clinical intervention
Complete client assessments and develop safety plans
Provide individual and family counseling
Advocate for residents with other service providers
Participate in weekly case conferences and staff meetings
Complete regular and timely documentation of resident interactions
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work
LMSW or LCSW certification preferred
Minimum of 1-year experience in Human Services preferred
Willingness to work with individuals with experiences of mental illness and substance use
Compassion and respect for vulnerable individuals
Patience and understanding for the stabilization and recovery process
