Key Responsibilities
Plan and develop menus with the Vice President of Food & Beverage
Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
Manage day-to-day kitchen operations and staff assignments
Oversee kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
Supervise food preparation and inventory control
Collaborate with sales team to drive revenue
Plan staffing needs and work schedules
Audit portion control and quality continually
Attend weekly F&B Manager and Banquet Meetings
Required Qualifications
Prior food and beverage kitchen management experience
Current Food Manager and Allergy training certificate
Ability to solve problems effectively
Consistent role model for Service Excellence standards
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Experience with Food Trak
