Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and develop menus with the Vice President of Food & Beverage
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
  • Manage day-to-day kitchen operations and staff assignments
  • Oversee kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
  • Supervise food preparation and inventory control
  • Collaborate with sales team to drive revenue
  • Plan staffing needs and work schedules
  • Audit portion control and quality continually
  • Attend weekly F&B Manager and Banquet Meetings

Required Qualifications

  • Prior food and beverage kitchen management experience
  • Current Food Manager and Allergy training certificate
  • Ability to solve problems effectively
  • Consistent role model for Service Excellence standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Experience with Food Trak
