Job Description
Join Crash Champions as a Collision Estimator and be part of a people-first organization dedicated to delivering high-quality collision repair services. You will educate customers, manage repairs, and ensure exceptional service while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Educate customers on vehicle repairs and insurance procedures
Complete initial estimates and final estimates after damage evaluation
Manage each repair process and ensure quality standards
Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle
Pull and review data procedures with Body Technicians
Handle disbursement paperwork and ensure carrier requirements are met
Required Qualifications
Customer Service Skills
Organization and multi-tasking skills
Good time management
Ability to adapt easily to fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners
Knowledge of multiple estimating systems, CCC one preferred, Mitchell & Audatex
