Key Responsibilities

Manage complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations
Provide tax advice and full-service business return preparation
Interact with customers through video communications
Create high-quality customer interactions
Utilize professional resources and government websites for accurate customer support
Document customer interactions
Meet company key performance metrics and goals

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients
2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience with a minimum of 30 tax returns per tax year
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Knowledge of Circular 230
Strong customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with technology and computer operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
