Job Description

Join Boeing as a Lead Compensation Specialist, where you'll design and manage compensation programs across various locations. Collaborate with HR teams to ensure competitive total rewards while impacting employee satisfaction and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, maintain, and administer compensation programs, systems, and processes
  • Analyze job duties and provide consulting services on pay and job design
  • Conduct analyses to evaluate pay compression and competitiveness
  • Lead ad hoc project teams
  • Communicate and educate clients on compensation matters
  • Collaborate with HR groups to train leaders on compensation
  • Identify requirements and create presentations on issues and solutions
  • Influence development of Global Compensation strategic policy
  • Lead salary survey responses and validations

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience with compensation, classification, and salary structure systems
  • 5+ years of experience using Excel to perform data analysis
  • 3+ years of cost modeling and budgeting expertise

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and/or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP)
  • Change management expertise
  • Experience leading a project and/or team on global compensation initiatives
