Key Responsibilities
Manage inpatient wound, ostomy, and continence care
Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans
Educate patients on self-care and disease management
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Monitor and evaluate patient progress
Document patient progress and treatment plans
Advocate for patients' needs and rights
Required Qualifications
Current licensure by WV State Board of Nursing
Graduate of a Program in Discipline
Two years of experience in wound, ostomy and continence care
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Wound Care Certification
One to two years related experience and/or training
