Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a LPN / LVN Home Health for a travel job in Beech Grove, Indiana.

Required Certifications: LPN license. DL, AHA BLS, and Completed Franciscan MVR report, copy of valid driver’s license and proof of full coverage auto insurance with required limits as outlined: $100,000 each person/ $300,000 each accident bodily injury / $100,000 property damage OR $300,000 combined single limit.
