Job Description
Join Kaiser as a Licensed Masters Mental Health Professional providing critical mental health services to adults. You'll assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse range of mental health needs, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal care and support.
Key Responsibilities
Develops and evaluates clinical treatment programs
Provides outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups
Prepares intake summaries and maintains confidential records
Collaborates with physicians for patient evaluations
May supervise post-masters fellows and other associates
Required Qualifications
Masters degree in Social Work, Social Welfare, Clinical or Counseling Psychology or related field
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California) or equivalent licenses
Familiarity with DSM-V
Experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating psychiatric conditions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience as a member of a psychiatric treatment team
Experience in crisis intervention, individual and group psychotherapy
Demonstrated commitment to quality of service and teamwork
