Join Quill, a leader in office supplies under Staples, as a Customer Service Representative. This role involves managing a sizable account portfolio, acquiring new business, and developing strategic growth plans to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for sales results for assigned book of accounts (~$8-10M+)
Acquire new business and grow sales while managing the current customer base
Map accounts and identify core and specialty category opportunities
Build strategic growth plans and identify new opportunities
Utilize enablement tools to keep customer data updated and manage pipeline
Know products, customers, and vertical markets
Execute sales strategies through various channels
Leverage sales methodologies to retain and grow the customer base
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years sales experience in Account Management and/or Business Development
Availability to travel (up to 4x per year)
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Prior experience working with large complex accounts
Responsibility for a sales quota with a track record of exceeding it
Managed complex deals from start to finish
Experience with business-to-business sales process
Responsibility to retain and grow accounts
