Technical Recruiter - Chemical Engineering

Our client is a global chemical company. They are looking for an Engineering Manager to add to their team in the Austin, MN area.

As the Engineering Manager, responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Develop and coordinate engineering policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures
• Be a part of capital and maintenance projects
• Manage, lead, and mentor the Engineering group

Salary Range: $115,000 - $140,000

As the Engineering Manager, job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

• BS in Chemical Engineering but may consider other relevant engineering degrees
• 4+ years of in-plant manufacturing experience; chemicals preferred
• 3+ years of supervisory experience
