Job Requirements
Education Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program or equivalent.
Certifications Requirements:
- Valid and current LPN license in Minnesota.
- CPR/BLS certification (preferred).
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of recent LTC or nursing home experience.
- Experience delivering patient care in long-term care settings.
Other Requirements:
- Resume required for application.
- Must be comfortable working nights (6 PM - 6:30 AM) shifts.
- Ability to work over 40 hours per week preferred—willingness to commit to long shifts and substantial hours.
- Must have good communication skills, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work various scheduled days, including holidays as needed.
