Job Description
Join Quill as an Inside Sales Reactivation Specialist and help drive growth by reactivating inactive customers. This role involves making calls to both customers and prospects, negotiating pricing, and collaborating with teams to enhance revenue. Be part of a supportive and inclusive team where your efforts will significantly impact customer engagement and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Make daily calls to Quill customers who have not placed an order in 7+ months
Call prospect locations affiliated with managed customers
Accept inbound calls from customers to ensure needs are met
Negotiate pricing and process special quotes
Leverage customer intel to drive quality conversations
Support an open book of business and identify new opportunities
Maintain communication between customers and account managers
Collaborate with sales specialists to drive revenue growth
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Seek ways to improve and apply coaching
Contribute to a positive team culture
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
6+ months of related experience in sales or customer service in a business-to-business environment
Ability to work onsite in Lincolnshire for in person training during the first two weeks
Able to work an 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM-6PM and in person 4 days a week
Knowledge of key Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a sales environment
Proven ability to achieve sales role metrics
Strong organization and time management skills
Adaptable to a fast-paced organization
Experience using CRM tools
Ability to demonstrate resiliency and handle rejection well
Enthusiastic and willing to share and positively impact the team
Natural curiosity and desire to learn and develop sales skills
