Job Description
Join our management team as a Dietary Manager, where you'll oversee dietary operations, ensuring compliance with regulations while providing exceptional nutritional care to our patients. You will lead the Dietary Department, develop policies, and ensure satisfaction through effective communication with residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily operations of dietary department
Attend IDT meetings and patient care conferences
Provide nutritional care to patients
Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the Dietary Department
Maintain written dietary policies and procedures
Interview residents or family members for diet history and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Minimum one year SNF experience
Certified Dietary Manager or Certified Food Service Manager
