Job Description
Join Boston Consulting Group as a Payroll Analyst and lead the transformation of payroll functions across the US and Canada. Engage with finance leaders to modernize processes and enhance compliance, while delivering excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multi-state payroll reporting and tax compliance
Support U.S.-based expatriates and inpatriates payroll functions
Plan and coordinate payroll transformation process activities
Build partnerships with colleagues across the organization
Handle day-to-day escalations and resolve issues
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
Associates degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
5+ years Payroll experience
Experience with 3rd party payroll service (ADP, Ceridian etc.)
Experience in system/operational transformations
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Proficient using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of automation capabilities (Alteryx, Power BI, UI Path etc.)
Working knowledge and experience with international mobility rules, requirements and regulations
Working knowledge and experience with multi-state payroll taxation rules and regulations
