Job Description

As a Retail Sales Supervisor at Staples, you'll lead customer engagement and front store operations while driving sales and service. Join a dynamic team focused on providing exceptional store experiences and support your peers in delivering top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion customer engagement and oversee front store operations
  • Focus on increasing sales, conversions, and service
  • Provide peer coaching and support to the store team
  • Own weekly sales and merchandising activities
  • Perform Floor Leader role
  • Complete daily tasks for merchandising and sales opportunities
  • Assist with operational tasks in partnership with the GM
  • Remain available to support an engaging environment

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience selling retail products or services
  • Effective communication skills
  • Organization skills
  • Experience coaching a team and/or supervising others
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced environment
  • Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable manner
  • Ability to act with honesty and integrity
  • Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range
  • Willingness to engage with customers
