Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and deliver friendly customer service
Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
Replenish stock and process orders
Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store
Prepare merchandise based on customer needs
Guide customers through shopping or checkout
Complete other assigned duties
Required Qualifications
6 Months Experience using a computer
6 Months Experience using common retail technology
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
Able to perform physical duties including lifting up to 25lbs unassisted
Preferred Qualifications
6 months of Retail and/or customer service experience
Bi-lingual skills
Certification in a relevant trade
