Job Description

Join Teleperformance USA as a Healthcare Licensed Insurance Representative and be a key contributor in delivering exceptional customer service. You will handle customer inquiries, provide support on healthcare needs, and work in a collaborative environment that fosters growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening
  • Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
  • Aim to resolve issues on the first call
  • Appropriately communicate with customers, exercising retention efforts if needed
  • Assist customers with the correct price plan
  • Compassionately handle sensitive situations surrounding healthcare needs

Required Qualifications

  • 6 months customer service experience preferred
  • Over 18 years of age
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Possess home state Life & Health Insurance License
  • Proven oral & written communication skills
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills
