Job Description
As a Customer Service Worksite Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their service concerns and inquiries. Your role is vital in creating positive customer experiences by providing accurate information and support related to insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
Support policyholders with insurance product information
Answer client calls and respond to policyholder inquiries
Provide detailed information about policy statuses
Assist with basic technical troubleshooting
Handle claim intake for clients
Meet departmental standards for quality and KPIs
Exhibit organizational values and support process improvements
Required Qualifications
2 – 3 years’ experience in customer service
High School diploma
