As a Recruiter for Finance and Accounting at Randstad USA, you'll ensure customer satisfaction by matching top talent with client needs. Your role will involve sourcing candidates, managing the hiring process, and building internal partnerships to foster talent development and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source active and passive candidates using various channels
Evaluate client talent requirements and align them with candidate skills
Manage the hiring and placement process
Research, identify, recruit, screen, interview, and select candidates
Develop and execute effective recruiting plans
Prepare candidates for client interviews and present competitive offer packages
Stay informed about market trends and collaborate with Client Solutions Managers
Utilize various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility
Manage the disciplinary process for talent
Provide excellent customer service and address talent or client issues
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of business experience
1+ year in recruiting professional roles
Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related fields
CAP, PACE Certification
Previous experience and/or background in Finance & Accounting
Proven success using social media and online platforms to generate talent leads
Strong understanding of business operations and/or office management best practices
