Job Description

Join Natchaug Hospital as a Behavioral Health Clinician and make a significant impact by providing essential clinical services to individuals with mental health and substance use challenges. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a supportive environment dedicated to patient care and recovery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments and establish care plans
  • Provide direct patient care including case management, care coordination, and crisis intervention
  • Refer patients to appropriate levels of care and available resources
  • Maintain timely patient-centered documentation

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or related human service field
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with mental health and/or chemical dependency population
  • Current Connecticut LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A, or CADC
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid Driver's License
