Job Description & Requirements ~ Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry ~ Discipline: RN ~ Start Date: ASAP ~ Duration: 13 weeks ~36 hours per week ~ Shift: 12 hours, nights ~ Employment Type: Travel About the Role: We are seeking a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for the PM shift . This role involves providing high-quality patient care to a diverse population, monitoring cardiac telemetry , and ensuring smooth recovery for patients requiring continuous monitoring and medical-surgical care . The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills, experience with telemetry, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting . Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care in a Med-Surg/Telemetry unit , monitoring vital signs and telemetry readings Perform comprehensive assessments , administer medications, and assist with treatment plans Monitor and respond to changes in patient conditions promptly Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions Accurately document patient information in EPIC or other EMR systems Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Qualifications: Active RN License in CA (Required) BLS & ACLS Certifications (Required) Minimum 1-2 years of Med-Surg/Telemetry experience (Preferred) Proficiency in telemetry monitoring & EKG interpretation Strong clinical judgment, problem-solving, and time management skills Sable Corporation Job ID #2025-45.
