Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot restaurant and kitchen equipment
Provide building repairs
Perform small electrical repairs, plumbing, and preventative maintenance tasks
Work closely with managers on equipment repairs to meet health and safety codes
Plan and schedule repair work for external contractors
Follow lock out/tag out procedures
Maintain records of all equipment and repairs
Required Qualifications
Knowledgeable of electrical systems
Common mechanical skills
Able to lift up to 75 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
HVAC experience
EPA license
