Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Clinical Supervisor and make a significant impact in the lives of New Yorkers. You will oversee clinical supervision, staff evaluations, and ensure compliance with regulations, while providing essential support to clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct clinical supervision and staff performance evaluations
Review client charts, including service and discharge plans
Provide direct service to clients as needed
Provide individual and group supervision of program and support staff
Monitor individualized assessments and case management/service plans
Participate in case management/service/discharge plan meetings
Assume on-call administrative and crisis duties during evenings and weekends
Required Qualifications
LMSW
Master's Degree in related Mental Health discipline
Three years of experience with SED children/adolescents or case management
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent writing skills
Computer literacy
