Job Description

Join Taco Bell as a Shift Leader and play a pivotal role in managing restaurant shifts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profits. You'll train and motivate a dynamic team while fostering a culture of excellence and fun.

  • Maintaining fast, accurate service and positive guest relations

  • Ensuring food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
  • Executing corporate & local marketing plans
  • Championing recognition and motivation efforts
  • Providing regular feedback to the team and RGM

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Supervisory experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry or retail environment
  • Attendance and Punctuality a must
  • Basic business math skills
  • Good oral/written communication skills
  • Basic personal computer literacy
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • Team player
