Ensuring products are consistent with company quality standards
Role modeling and requiring safe work behaviors
Motivating and training employees
Maintaining company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds
Ensuring food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
Executing corporate & local marketing plans
Championing recognition and motivation efforts
Providing regular feedback to the team and RGM
Required Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Supervisory experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry or retail environment
