Key Responsibilities
Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition
Designs and implements a plan of care appropriate to problems identified
Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress
Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services
Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
Licensed Speech Therapist
Current licensure with state Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology
Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire
