Required Qualifications
PhD in microbiology, microbial ecology or related field
4+ years’ experience designing, implementing, and leading scientific projects
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Nutrition knowledge and interactions between microbes, diet, and host health
Experience in statistical programming (R, Python, C, C++)
Knowledge in statistical and bioinformatics software (QIIME, MOTHUR, etc.)
Familiarity with multi-omic data types
Background in animal or pet studies
