Key Responsibilities
Supervise customer service associates and manage store operations
Lead and manage store team members including recruitment and performance management
Engage customers and resolve complaints
Analyze financial and performance data to create action plans
Support pharmacy operations during busy periods
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record or satisfactory completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program
High School Diploma/GED and two years of supervisory experience
Demonstrated leadership abilities
Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials training
Fluency in English
Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends
Willingness to accept promotion into a Store Manager position
