Key Responsibilities

  • Provide in-home occupational therapy services to patients with neuromuscular, skeletal and perceptual disorders
  • Schedule patient visits independently
  • Handle emergencies effectively
  • Maintain regular contact with agency staff, physicians, and the public

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
  • Current state license
  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum of one year of experience in acute, rehab, outpatient, home health or long term care setting
  • CPR certification
  • Good assessment and treatment planning skills
  • Good time management and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two years experience in acute care or home care
