Key Responsibilities
Provide in-home occupational therapy services to patients with neuromuscular, skeletal and perceptual disorders
Schedule patient visits independently
Handle emergencies effectively
Maintain regular contact with agency staff, physicians, and the public
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Current state license
Valid driver's license
Minimum of one year of experience in acute, rehab, outpatient, home health or long term care setting
CPR certification
Good assessment and treatment planning skills
Good time management and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and documentation skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
Preferred Qualifications
Two years experience in acute care or home care
