Key Responsibilities
Support the clinical quality assurance department and Vice President of Nursing
Manage calendars and set up multiple meetings
Provide administrative support for various organizational programs
Assist with managing certification programs
Track and organize onboarding competency for compliance
Participate in quality and safety initiatives
Daily use of Excel and PowerPoint
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
1+ years of experience in an administrative executive role
Advanced level of computer proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word)
Ability to travel 25% of the time to other offices if needed
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with an electronic health record (EPIC)
Knowledge of Medical terms
Knowledge of insurance carriers and managed care plans
