Key Responsibilities

  • Support the clinical quality assurance department and Vice President of Nursing
  • Manage calendars and set up multiple meetings
  • Provide administrative support for various organizational programs
  • Assist with managing certification programs
  • Track and organize onboarding competency for compliance
  • Participate in quality and safety initiatives
  • Daily use of Excel and PowerPoint

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative executive role
  • Advanced level of computer proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time to other offices if needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with an electronic health record (EPIC)
  • Knowledge of Medical terms
  • Knowledge of insurance carriers and managed care plans
