As an Inventory Specialist at Walgreens, you'll be responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management and supporting pharmacy operations. Key Responsibilities
Execute and monitor inventory best practices and procedures
Support pharmacy inventory management activities
Engage customers and resolve issues for positive experience
Coach team members on inventory management processes
Maintain accurate inventory counts and compliance with regulations
Assist in training and personal development of team members
Required Qualifications
Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens or one year of retail work experience
Fluent in English
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Experience in identifying operational issues and implementing solutions
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience as a shift lead, pharmacy technician, designated hitter, or customer service associate
