Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
2+ years of customer service or healthcare related experience
Intermediate level of computer proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word)
Ability to be flexible with the work schedule
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a medical office performing duties such as scheduling, checking patients in/out, insurance verification
Experience working with an electronic health record (EPIC)
Ability to be cross trained as a medical assistant
