Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 2+ years of customer service or healthcare related experience
  • Intermediate level of computer proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to be flexible with the work schedule

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a medical office performing duties such as scheduling, checking patients in/out, insurance verification
  • Experience working with an electronic health record (EPIC)
  • Ability to be cross trained as a medical assistant
