Key Responsibilities
Maintain and develop new sources of patient referrals
Assist patients with needs related to medical care
Provide information about Johns Hopkins Medicine and clinical services
Oversee scheduling appointments and manage administrative responsibilities
Triage new cases within the team
Generate and analyze reports utilizing EPIC
Represent Johns Hopkins at client events
Required Qualifications
B.A. or B.S. in health care, business administration, marketing, or communications
Seven years of related experience in a health care setting, hospitality industry, and/or international business
Strong working knowledge of medical terminology
Comprehensive understanding of diseases and treatment options
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in physician interaction
Proficiency in a second language
