Key Responsibilities
Provide individualized nursing care to residents
Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues
Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and provide education
Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to other personnel
Required Qualifications
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license
Maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in nursing
