Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues through our chat platform
  • Provide accurate and helpful information about our services, products, and policies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues customers may experience on the chat platform
  • Communicate with other customer service teams to escalate and resolve customer issues promptly
  • Track and document customer interactions and follow-up actions
  • Identify and report any recurring customer issues to improve our service and processes
  • Collaborate with the team to constantly improve our chat support strategy and processes

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a chat support environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Familiarity with chat support software and the ability to quickly learn new technology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • 16 years or older

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in the customer service industry
  • At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
  • Able to work from home
