Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and issues through our chat platform
Provide accurate and helpful information about our services, products, and policies
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues customers may experience on the chat platform
Communicate with other customer service teams to escalate and resolve customer issues promptly
Track and document customer interactions and follow-up actions
Identify and report any recurring customer issues to improve our service and processes
Collaborate with the team to constantly improve our chat support strategy and processes
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a chat support environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Familiarity with chat support software and the ability to quickly learn new technology
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
Legally authorized to work in the United States
16 years or older
Preferred Qualifications
1+ year of experience in the customer service industry
At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
Able to work from home
