Implement KinderCare's curriculum based on children's unique needs
Create a safe, nurturing environment for children
Partner and connect with parents to provide best care and education
Support center’s success and partner with staff and leadership
Cultivate positive relationships with families and community contacts
Required Qualifications
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively
Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements
CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
Able to assume postures in low levels for physical and visual contact with children
Read, write, understand, and speak English
Preferred Qualifications
Approved state trainer
2-3 years Early Childhood Education Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education
