Key Responsibilities
Promote safety culture and awareness
Process order pick lists in SAP
Allocate orders in WMS
Identify and communicate product issues
Coordinate carrier appointments
Manage customer service window
Resolve transportation issues
Bill orders daily upon shipment
Participate in process improvement teams
Required Qualifications
High school diploma
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong customer service skills
Strong computer skills (SAP, WMS, MS Office Suite)
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree or vocational certificate
1-3 years experience in a high-volume distribution environment
