Key Responsibilities
Drive conversion of new revenue from new customers
Build territory penetration strategy and analyze performance
Qualify prospects based on customer size and spend
Schedule appointments with prospective customers
Create engaging presentations using marketing collateral
Attend conferences and events to represent Quill
Present custom pricing solutions to potential customers
Ensure smooth transition to the account management team
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Constantly seek improvement and apply coaching
Impact team culture positively and work collaboratively
Required Qualifications
High School diploma/GED
4+ years of field sales experience
Required travel within territory based on appointments, customer needs and conferences, approximately 50% travel
Remote Role: Must be able to cover a territory of Philadelphia, PA
Preferred Qualifications
6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Proven business development experience
