Job Description
Join Providence Milwaukie Hospital as a Manager of Behavioral Health Nursing. You will lead the Intervention Center Department, ensuring operational excellence in Assault and Abuse services while fostering a supportive and patient-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Intervention Center Department for Assault and Abuse services
Oversee resource management and operational standards
Handle employee and customer relations
Conduct evaluations and take disciplinary actions as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Health Care, Nursing or related field or equivalent educ/experience
Oregon Registered Nurse License (upon hire)
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (upon hire)
Staff and/or volunteer supervision experience
Change facilitation and process/system knowledge
Computer spreadsheet and word processing skills
Leadership skills including conflict resolution and positive interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree or equivalent educ/experience
Experience in grant administration including writing and submission of grant proposals
