Key Responsibilities
Ensure a fresh and appealing display by checking quality, keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked.
Maintain back stock in good order.
Assist with sampling program, keeping sample areas full, clean, and appealing.
Clean cases, glass, signs, uprights, coolers, smokers, floors, and drains as required.
Arrive to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed, and ready to work.
Provide excellent customer service.
Maximize sales potential through effective procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, and merchandising product.
Follow established procedures for health and sanitation.
Maintain a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment.
Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
Immediately report safety hazards and violations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
