Key Responsibilities
Engage with inbound leads and prospective customers via phone, email, and chat
Educate clients on available insurance products and guide them through the purchasing process
Provide quotes, explain policy details, and close sales in a consultative manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals while maintaining compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
Active General Lines Property & Casualty Insurance License
1+ years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in insurance or financial services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
