Key Responsibilities
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing
Obtain and record vital signs
Assist residents with meals and snacks
Document resident interactions and care outcomes
Communicate changes in resident conditions to nursing staff
Provide housekeeping and laundry services
Required Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
High school graduate or GED preferred
Minimum age of 16
Ability to complete yearly competency testing and continuing education
Preferred Qualifications
Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care
