Job Description

As a Shift Leader at Taco Bell, you will assist in managing restaurant shifts, ensuring customer satisfaction and profit maximization. You will train employees, address customer needs, and model the vibrant 'Live Más' culture that defines Taco Bell.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain fast, accurate service and positive guest relations
  • Ensure a safe working environment by role modeling and requiring safe work behaviors
  • Motivate and train employees
  • Maintain company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds
  • Ensure food quality and customer satisfaction
  • Execute corporate & local marketing plans
  • Champion recognition and motivation efforts
  • Provide regular feedback to the team and RGM

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Supervisory experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry or retail environment
  • Attendance and Punctuality
  • Basic business math skills
  • Good oral/written communication skills
  • Basic personal computer literacy
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • Team player
