Coordinate all clinical agency activities associated with pharmaceutical services and products

Required Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy
Post-graduate degree in pharmacy or completion of a post-graduate pharmacy residency in geriatrics
Washington Pharmacist License upon hire
Preferred Qualifications
PharmD or equivalent education/experience
Experience in clinical management, managed care, and program development
