MedAdventures is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Redding, CT. This is a great opportunity to make a difference in patients’ lives by supporting rehabilitation and mobility in a collaborative care environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT.
  • Carry out treatment plans to help patients improve mobility and function.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Support and educate patients and families throughout care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Active Connecticut PTA license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • SNF experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for patient-centered rehabilitation.
