Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage civil and construction projects ensuring quality, profitability, safety, and timely completion
  • Maintain liaison with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Monitor construction progress and manage financial aspects of contracts
  • Coordinate project activities, including planning and staffing key positions
  • Prepare and submit necessary documentation records and reports

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years previous experience in an equivalent position
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction estimating software
  • Understanding of civil engineering design and construction methods
  • Knowledge of mass grading and earthwork, stormwater management, and utility infrastructure requirements
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera or similar construction scheduling software
  • Experience with job costing, scheduling and estimating contract changes
  • Ability to apply innovative management techniques to maximize project performance
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong work ethic
