Job Description
Join SAIIA Construction as a Traveling Project Manager, leading civil projects with a focus on quality and profitability. With a competitive salary and extensive benefits, you will oversee project management, client relations, and team coordination while traveling to various work sites.
Key Responsibilities
Manage civil and construction projects ensuring quality, profitability, safety, and timely completion
Maintain liaison with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Monitor construction progress and manage financial aspects of contracts
Coordinate project activities, including planning and staffing key positions
Prepare and submit necessary documentation records and reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years previous experience in an equivalent position
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction estimating software
Understanding of civil engineering design and construction methods
Knowledge of mass grading and earthwork, stormwater management, and utility infrastructure requirements
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera or similar construction scheduling software
Experience with job costing, scheduling and estimating contract changes
Ability to apply innovative management techniques to maximize project performance
Meticulous attention to detail and strong work ethic
