Key Responsibilities
Orient and educate all nursing personnel
Develop education programs in response to staff needs
Supervise and monitor new nursing employees during orientation
Perform annual competency testing and evaluation
Provide oversight to Employee Health Program
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Current RN license
Minimum three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience
Excellence in clinical nursing skills
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of clinical experience in long-term care nursing
One year as an educator
Experience in Gerontology
Training and/or experience in adult learning
